The Partnership is governed by a 21-member voting Board. The membership of the Board is established by state statute and comprises representatives from each of the nine neighborhoods served by The Partnership, as well as representatives of key stakeholders operating within these neighborhoods. The Board is responsible for the strategic direction of The Partnership as well as financial oversight.
The West End Louisville Advisory Council is a subcommittee of the Board. The Advisory Council includes nine members, one from each of the neighborhoods served by The Partnership. The Advisory Council does not directly vote on the strategic direction of The Partnership. It provides advice to the Board regarding the economic development and housing needs of the neighborhoods served by The Partnership, and advice regarding goals and outcomes for The Partnership’s investments.
