Kevin R. Smith currently serves as President and CEO of Community Ventures, a nonprofit community development organization serving residents and communities throughout Kentucky. Since 1993, Mr. Smith has led Community Ventures from a staff of one with $450,000 in assets to today’s 60-member team in six regional offices managing over $200 million in assets. During his tenure as President and CEO, the corporation has received more than $455 million in private and public investments for its training and lending programs.

Mr. Smith has over 35 years’ experience in designing, implementing, and capitalizing nonprofit programs.
